Overall, pretty standard for a BoA. Usually really busy Saturday. Waiting for service takes a while depending on who is available.
There are 5 teller Windows but never more than 2 tellers working, so be prepared to wait in line. The ATM also charged me for a withdrawal but didn't give me the cash. When I brought this up with the manager, he just gave me a phone and put me on hold with their claims department.
Friendly staff. Love how they manage the floor. More than one atm.
