John (Branch Manager) didn't help one bit. Worst customer service ever. Never renting from here again. I'd rather pay more to never have to deal with this again.
I always rent from Enterprise on Dixwell Ave! They pick me up promptly when I call, and even wait a few minutes, if needed. I never feel rushed at the office, they explain everything I need to know, and always go out of their way to give me the best deal available in my price range. They truly bend over backwards to accommodate everything my family and I need. Sometimes their cars are not washed on the outside -I tend to need a car super early in the morning before they get a chnace to get to them. I wouldn’t rent from anybody else!!!
The branch manager was a salesman who only saw dollar value and not people. We were constantly put on low priority as opposed to other customers, and were treated rudely. They were extremely understaffed. Visiting this location was an absolute waste of time and I would explore other options if in need of a car
The car was disgusting. It smelled like an ash tray. The staff were a blend of good and horrible. The man behind the desk was friendly and helpful. Due to my circumstances I had to ride with another member of the staff to pick up a check. They offered me a ride which I thought was a nice gesture. However the driver was rude. I felt unsafe in the passengers seat. The driver had adjusted his seat so that he was nearly driving from the back seat and he drove way too fast. I would not reccomend this enterprise location to my worst enemy.
Branch manager admitted to being an "ass hole". He will take advantage of you given the chance.
