Gabrielle is amazing- she never fails to exceed my expectations. I usually go in with an idea or image off Pinterest and she always finds a way to give me exactly what I’m looking for and making it the right look that is personalized for me. She is thorough and professional. The salon is beautifully decorated and I love the overall environment. So glad to have found this salon!
I wanted to like this place, I did. I was referred to them by someone with very lovely hair. But, not only was their work over overpriced (which I was ready for), but my hair is now just blah. I could live with that. You know, stuff happens. But they also charged me more than the negotiated price (which I ALWAYS discuss to avoid conflict later), and when I protested, they accussed me of lying. Seriously, lying! This was shocking as they had given me such a detailed break down AND a total number before hand. The person at the front desk (which might be the owner, because otherwise they probably wouldn't let her talk to a customer that way) became almost vulgar, rolling her eyes and muttering under her breath, (but loud enough for all to hear) "I don't think it is a big deal, it is just $15 dollars." Excuse me, but as the consumer I think I get to decide how much money is a big deal and how much of it is not. Then she said, I don't care, here, take this, trying to give me the money like I was the one being petty. Of course I declined. The irony of course was that I had just spent $170 dollars and was going to schedule my follow up for in 2 months for the same work, also during this whole argument I was holding a $20 bill to tip the hairdresser which I ended up keeping to myself because I was so mad. I am proud of myself for keeping my cool. I am also glad I didn't schedule a follow up because as I said after I wore my hair for a few days and washed me hair a couple of times, the color faded significantly and I noticed my split ends are still there. It was a nice place otherwise, looked clean, a little too crowded for my taste, but I could overlook that.

Great Salon. I have been coming to this shop since the first year they opened. Love Cheryl the owner and all the staff. Siobhan is very good w my hair and as a friend... I always say when people compliment my hair.." hair by Siobhan"!!!
Super friendly, amazingly talented staff! The atmosphere is professional yet very comfortable. They offer you complimentary water, coffee and candy while you wait. Top of the line haircare products are available for purchase in-store. The prices are fair for everyone, and you can even get discounts if you book your appointment with new talent! Definitely worth checking out!
