I was given the wrong prescription and when I called to resolve the issue I was continuously told they would let the office know and call me back to confirm the new prescription was put in. Three times I called and gave them my information and three times I was told they would let me know.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I then get a call from the actual office being yelled at! The audacity this woman had to yell at me saying she put order in already and left me a voicemail. I was never contacted, no voicemail no missed calls. When I told the woman this, she basically just said I was lying and continued to scream at me. I have never been treated so horribly at a doctors office and would never recommend anyone put themselves through this trouble.
