Absolutely horrible customer service. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE. They lost three pairs of my khaki shorts that cost seventy dollars each. After months of going back and forth with me they lied and said they only lost two of them. At that point I just decided to take what I could get. They ended up only reimbursing me sixty four dollars. Not even enough money to buy ONE pair of shorts. HORRIBLE. Not only that delivery of the clothes is always very slow and late. Clothes come back very wrinkled. I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SERVICE. They have lost other articles of clothing of mine as well and I never saw a dime of reimbursement. If you actually enjoy keeping your clothes you will stay FAR FROM E&R LAUNDRY.
