Beyond upset with the service. I was called 4 times being told dominos had arrived with my pizza and no one ever came. I was waiting outside my college for an hour. A guy kept calling saying to just wait outside that he was almost there. He came and made me sign to pay $25 and left without giving me my pizza. Another man came and hour later giving me attitude saying I needed to stop worrying about the situation. Beyond upset. We shouldve gotten free pizza and calling dominos complaining about the delivery just caused a confusing talk with a foreign man who made me repeat my number 6 times. It’s ridiculous that Hamden dominos is giving the entire chain such a bad reputation , but I never want to order from here again.
This Dominos is on point. Food always hot and delivered fast. Order is always right, but they have by far the best delivery driver of anyone. i order out quite a bit and hes in another league of his own.
Make sure you have everything you ordered as when I last ordered, they forgot my Garlic sauces.
I would not recommend this venue. My orders are constantly wrong or incomplete and they NEVER correct their orders. Rude over the phone and poor service kept me away for two years and when I try them out again recently they are no better. Stay away
Two stars for the food. Nothing else is great there, Bad customer service. The girl at the desk taking orders on calls and in store doesn't even speak/understand proper English. Looks like Dominos has to look into the matter seriously. You just can't run Franchises like this,
