How can we possible deliver the mail in these kinds of conditions! Yes, once again packages and mail that I have been tracking and said was "out for delivery" did not get delivered. Why, you may ask? Because of hazzardous weather conditions. GIVE ME A BREAK!! What ever happened to " no matter what... wind,rain, sleet, or snow, the mail must get through! "
Anyone with a P.O. Box here is screwed. My mother and my own mail has been marked as delivered for over a week now but nothing is in the box. I go to check at around 11 to see if my mail came in, not there, go home to see that someone has scanned it as being there at 10:15... When I asked about this I was told to wait till Monday and that they only had 2 people working, When my mother asked to talk to a manger she was told " That won't do anything and I'll tell ya why... "... My mother is missing VERY important mail, I'm missing my medical card and a few packages. My only hope is that a higher up sees this and will do SOMETHING!

I was at this location on December 8, 2017 at approximately 12:30p.m. which was not busy at the time and a very nice and patient gentleman (clerk 06 , per my receipt) provided the best customer service, as my package was not secured properly. Although I love this location, there was a female clerk who seemed to have the nastiest attitude in regards to the fact that I or a member of my household did not check the package before putting it within another box. She was not waiting on me nor was anyone speaking to her, but she continued with, you should have checked the box before putting it in another box. When I concluded my transaction, I thanked the gentleman (clerk 06) again for his patience, she grunted mmph. I just ignored her and left the post office.
One of the kindest staffs are working here. speed service after 11 Am. very patient staffs, they decorated office with nice plant and seasonable. really appreciated their helping. thanks again!! I revise, now this place is Heaven for the customer. compare to post office on Elm street at New Haven, this is such a Heaven. Kudos for all staffs!!
OH MY GOD!!! There's 3 1/2 inches of snow on the ground and all the roads have been plowed and my drive way and side walk have been shoveled.
