Dr Dunn and Dr Stewart are absolutely wonderful. They are the best vets in the Hamden area. We have been using them for just over 2 years and they have always done what's best for my dog. They are compassionate, highly skilled, loving vets. You can tell they love what they do and they will always be honest with you about the health and well being of your pet. They are also very up front about cost. That said, the priority is always the pet. I highly recommend them.
I had the pleasure of bringing my pet to Dr. Stewart. My dog was having some worrisome resource guarding issues. Being a first time pet owner, I was incredibly distraught and nervous. Dr. Stewart was tremendously reassuring. She was incredibly nonjudgmental, comforting, and detailed when it came to recommending next steps to overcome the issue with my dog. She is so passionate about what she does, and I highly recommend you bring your animal to her - especially if you are a first time pet owner like me! She answers any questions you may have - no question is "too silly", and her opinion is well informed and valuable. I will be bringing all of my pets to her in years to come!
