Had good discounts on stuff purchased and they had quality stuff. Customer service is on point.
I've been shopping here for years. It's my favorite location. The store is clean, everything is organized, and easy to see. The displays are beautiful. The prices are great, and then you get coupons and Kohls cash, so is a great way to save money. Fabulous designers and beautiful clothes for all occasions. And the employees are fantastic with customer focus, efficiency, being timely! A special shout out to: Cori, Roma, Jim, Debbie A., Tyrasia, and Amy! From working in client relations for 7 years, and from being a customer for I don't know how many years, a lot of years though, I have never seen such exemplary customer focus and customer service from these individuals, along with the most pleasant, amiable dispositions, so knowledgeable about their jobs, about Kohls, happy to assist whether it's their department/area of Kohls, or another department. They make shopping even more fun and more successful! I really appreciate the excellence of these individuals!

If you're a guy, or shopping for one, I highly recommend this store.
It has a good collection and very helpful staff. Their clothes are usually well arranged, but sometimes they can be poorly arranged. In the end a Kohl's is a Kohl's. Go for the deal and good clothes. If you're in the area, it's worth trying.
But wow! Huuuuge selection of all styles. Prepare to spend a few hours, unless you know exactly what you want. They had some really great sales on some very good name brands. Extra discounts when I opened a Kohl's card! I had gone to Macy's, Milford Mall, Target etc. Kohl's destroyed them when it came to selection.
Store is nice, clean, staff is always positive. Company itself has been in a pretty hard identity crisis lately, they used to actually have great prices on clothing - not anymore. Prices are typical of any department store.
