My first time going to the PhysicianOne Urgent Care was great. The staff was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. I would definitely go back.
I have been there several times for myself and family. The wait has always been short, the staff is so frienly and welcoming. They also don't try to push meds for unnecessary reasons. I gave and will continue to refer this location.
From receptionist to X-ray tech to PA, I received timely, professional and thoughtful care. Highly recommend.
The doctor raised her voice at my sick 2 YEAR OLD daughter and yelled right in her face "stop kicking me"because she was unprofessional and did not no what she was doing that's why my daughter was screaming and kicking never bringing my kids here ever again.she is lucky my wife didn't slap here in the face. I have never raised my voice or a hand to my children.I don't believe in that there are other ways like talking to them.but I guess when your about making money and moving on to the next patient like they are cattle not people that's how you treat them
