Got 2 units. Attendant was nice enough to offer me to prorate my payment since it was on 2 different dates. Also the helpers are very nice. The only thing I would complain is that there are limited business hours to the storage
Very accommodating
This was essentially like storing our belongings in a shEd outside. Everything was dirty and covered in bugs.
I have had a storage unit with them for over 2 years now and they have always been patient with me paying my unit and constantly changing my auto-pay debit card because of problems with my bank.
