Alot of these reviews must be old but I purchased one of the tempur pedic mattresses from Stanton Taylor the sales manager and he was nothing but patient and polite. He spent over an hour finding us the perfect mattress and he gave us an amazing price. Maybe some of the other associates are twisted but the sales manager I delt with made every effort to bring great customer service to me. I'd recommend 10/10.

I bought three mattress sets from these guys my last delivery consisted of the truck driving off then the person on the phone kept cutting me off or hanging up. When the driver showed up he said I was lucky that he was in his truck even though he didn't show up. I'm absolutely done with this place and their rude drivers. And the people that can't hold a phone conversation.
Odd store now that it is not a Sleepy's. The Mattresses are sold as is and as closeout. We found a good mattress at a good price for my daughter. The staff was friendly but the whole experience was a bit off putting. Not sure I would go back.
