These people are crooks, nothing more. The only reason this shop could possibly have four stars is likely due to them making fake accounts and rating themselves to trick people into thinking they are trustworthy, not mention most reviews are based on their emissions service which is the only thing that is positive about this place. -- If you're looking to not only throw your money away, but want to also mess your car up worse than when you brought it in, then this is the place to go. Not only did they charge me 3-4 times the amount that would be considered a fair price for the work they did, they also did absolutely horrible, far beyond unsatisfactory work. My son's friend (who is a mechanic) said to me "they robbed you" when he evaluated the work they did...and he told me this before I told him how much I paid. He offered to fix it for free (which he did, although I still paid him some money for his time and effort). I would be more specific about the circumstances but I would like to remain anonymous.
Had a emissions test done on a older car that needs more the tlc. I appreciate that fact the guy doing the emissions test didnt laugh or talk down to me about my car. Only thing I have to my name honestly. Thank you !
Easiest emissions test I ever did!
Like many customers I came here for a emissions test. The person in front of me and I both waited a while to be finally called in. The tech insisted he knew how to drive a car with a manual transmission however he stalled it leaving and roasted the clutch the rest of the way out of of the garage. The car smells like burnt clutch. The tech then started joking with me saying if he broke the car I came to the right place. Finally his bodily movements left an awful smell in the car and is not appreciated. Definitely not coming back.
