When I picked up my vehicle, I met the owner John, he was extremely friendly and professional, Not to mention very knowledgeable. I have since started bringing all my vehicles there. They are by far the most friendly, courteous and reasonably priced garage that I have encountered! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of towing or mechanic work.
On a lonely dark stretch of CT 15 at 3 AM, my vehicle broke down. I was terrified, feeling very unsafe in a extremely narrow breakdown lane. A quick Google search turned up Wheelers Auto. Seven minutes after my phone call, the tow truck showed up. I was greeted by a a extremely friendly, clean-cut young man. When he approached my vehicle, he identified himself as Angel. He immediately requested that I get into his tow truck, stating that standing on the side of the highway would be unsafe. To my surprise, The tow truck was extremely clean, and appeared to be brand-new. Uncertain on where I would have the vehicle towed, I allowed him to tow it to their lot.
The following morning I called the garage that I usually use, and they quoted me a price for the repair based on what I stated. When I called Wheelers to have the vehicle towed to the repair shop, and extremely friendly man named Mike told me that they also make repairs on location. I agreed to let them take a look at my vehicle. When I receive the phone call back, their price was a few hundred dollars less than my normal mechanic. The best thing I could say about Wheelers is that they seemed appreciative to have my business, whereas most places act like they're doing you a favor.
I have been going to Wheelers for years for mechanical and body shop work. Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable. They have even given me a ride to my work if my vehicle had to stay for an extended period to be fixed. I highly recommend Wheelers for any service you may need@

I brought my vintage Cadillac here for some extensive repairs and was extremely pleased. The staff was knowledgeable and professional and all the repairs were completed at a very fair price. Highly recommend this place for any type of automotive work!
Great people there!! I went to them for a second opinion on a high quote from another shop and they beat it! Treated me great and bought me a coffee while I waited. I recommend them to everyone even u have someone else. Great place, I'm going back
